Serena Bridal is a very successful boutique wedding dress retailer. They specialise in offering affordable wedding and bridesmaid gowns. The shop is run by a very busy business woman, Michelle, who knew that she didn't have the right website to reflect the products that she was selling. She had no access to any stats so had no idea how the site was performing and what keywords were working.

We worked through a number of scenarios to best showcase the beautiful gowns, including flipping books. Taking into account customer need and usability we went with a fairly simple option of thumbnails and enlarged images. The next challenge was optimising the site for search in this very competitive sector. The site is large, (and growing) well linked and jam packed with juicy keywords, and definitely punches above its weight.
